Our tech, 'Willie', arrived on time, introduced himself, and then did a survey of our home. He informed me of exactly how he would manage the cleaning, and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. We had some serious issues that he informed me of, figured out a work around, and then completed the cleaning. One serious problem was that the contractor had removed a full wall mirror, and left a LOT of the broken mirror glass in one vent. Willie explained how he would handle that, and then took care of that also. Throughout, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, informative and efficient.
