He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong. Joe is super knowledgeable about various kitchen appliances, having worked for several different companies over the years. He was nice, helpful and professional. "I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the very first phone call, I specifically asked if they were licensed, insured, and an authorized service provider for ZLINE. I was told yes. When the technician arrived, I asked again before any work started, and he confirmed the same. Only later did I find out that this was not true and that they are not authorized to work with ZLINE. The technician, who I later learned is also the owner of the company, charged me a $75 service fee, partially disassembled my oven, and then left without properly reassembling it. The oven was left taken apart and a screw needed to secure the bottom panel is now missing. After multiple attempts to call and resolve this issue, my calls were ignored. At this point, I was told they cannot perform the repair as originally represented. I am now forced to look for another company and deal with an oven left in worse condition than before the visit.
