"This was our 3rd renovation with NJSA in 2017. It was a cookie cutter Cape Cod with a small living area, a narrow kitchen without pantry and minimal storage, and the worse connection to the backyard: you had to go through the kitchen, then 2 steps down to the basement, then out a side door, then more steps down, then narrow walkway before reaching the big backyard. Such a bad setup with barely any views from the kitchen, laborious and unpleasant for any cookout or lounging, and no way to watch kids play or reach them quickly. A common setup in many houses though. A NJSA sunroom was exactly what this house needed to turn it around, embrace the backyard, triple the living space, expand the kitchen with a large pantry wall now that the addition could easily fit seating and dining, flood the home with light and garden views, let all open spaces flow into a redesigned backyard and completely transform how this home lives. Traditional framing is also susceptible to air and water leaks, mold, need regular painting, etc. And at the end of the day, do you want to pay for materials, months of labor, and continual maintenance, or spend the money on the actual product with the highest specs and a lifetime warranty? Although this 18x17, 306 sq ft addition with vaulted ceiling greatly expands the home, the high thermal rating of the frame and windows, and the super efficient heat pump made the whole downstairs so much more luminous and comfortable, including bringing air conditioning into a home that has no central air. The slim structure allows for maximum views all around over the now easily accessible and enjoyable large patio and backyard, all framed by a bright privacy fence. The winter vistas and rainy days are particularly lovely, as you bathe in all this daylight while confined indoors, and as you listen to the pitter-patter of rain with a hot cup of tea. The pictures show you the before/after of how the house sat on the market for 6 months and our renovation with a superb cathedral sunroom on the West side, however the even nicer pictures show you the renovated kitchen and blue feature wall by the buyer Karina, who absolutely loves her home till this day. This Cape went from a small and awkward house with no space to host, to everyoneâ s favorite gathering place!"

"The salesman, James, was great. We worked together  on figuring out a design that worked with our little house. The workmen were prompt and fast. However, there were things that the salesman agreed would be done and they groused about it. It should've been settled with the workers before they came and we shouldn't have had to deal with the attitude. They did, for some addition money, reattach awnings - we hadn't arranged for that and we were glad to have it done. <br /> They did not finish the windows. After they wrapped them, they didn't seal them again so this winter a breeze was coming in until my husband worked on it. When we called to ask to have it done, James informed us that the NJ office had closed. We called the number he gave us to follow up on the job, and the messages were never answered. <br /> The porch is great and really makes the house look good. The job was done well (except for sealing the windows) and they were very fast and the construction caused little or no inconvenience. It was so great to have it be so easy.  So it's unfortunate that it didn't finish up well. <br /> The salesman, James Kelley, was really good - very helpful and available whenever we had any questions or concerns. <br />"

"Outstanding Service by JCP Glass Works. I thought I had cracked a few small windows on a basement window. JCP arrived on a quick call over the weekend (they squeezed me in). I had an alarm indicator tell me the window was broken. It looked crack to me. JCP came and showed me there was no damage. Honesty and Integrity is a breathe of fresh air these days. They wouldn't even accept water from me. I recommend these folks with the highest accolades."

"I love my sunroom. I love them. They were really nice. Chris was a wonderful man and the girl in the office was always very helpful. I've never had a problem. Every question I had they answered it. They even brought me books because some of my neighbors wanted to use them. I totally recommend them. They were really very good. The man who put up the sunroom was just absolutely excellent. One person put up the sunroom, but I had to have a person to do the underground work, to put in the pinnings on the ground and that's a different company altogether. So, the only thing people would look out for is the company that they choose and do research on that company. They get a contractor to put in the underpinnings down in the ground that the sunroom would stand on and the guy was good. I don't know him, but I'm just saying that people would need to check on that, not just the sunroom. The man who put up the sunroom was here every morning at the crack of dawn. They're not city slickers. I would definitely use them again. It was really well done."

"The job was completed by the agreed upon price, and the house was secure and warm again, within a week, as Pete promised. The interior work will be ongoing, as it was the holidays, he will come back in a few weeks to finish the interior of the attic. As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
