"They inspected the exterior faucet, and told me they could either replace it for one price and fix it permanently, or replace a washer and fix it for a couple of years. They quoted me the price for the replacement, and I chose the washer only fix. They didn’t charge me for that, since they couldn’t guarantee it would stay fixed permanently. They did some troubleshooting about the flow volume problem, and determined that there is an obstruction in the line between our water meter and our house, probably thanks to a previous owner’s overconfidence in his own DIY skills. I asked them to quote a price to fix it, and they said the best thing to do would be to run a new line from the meter to the house and completely bypass the old one. I have complete confidence that they would have gotten it fixed, but it was expensive and we’re expecting a kiddo any day now, so I decided to postpone that expense. I’d already paid for the service call through Angie’s List, so when they finished, they shook my hand and said thanks for your business, good luck with the baby, and call us again. I definitely will, if I ever need a plumber."

"Reliant Plumbing has employed an expert team who worked diligently to fix multiple difficult to find sewage and drain issues in two bathrooms. They kept me constantly informed and aware of choices and costs of the repair! Just purchased my home a couple weeks ago and wished I'd hired these guys to test the capacity of the sewage pipes and drains ahead of time, so that I could have know these issues existed prior to the closing; the inspector missed this easy find. After assessing their completed work and talking to other pros, I know for sure the Reliant Plumbers' quote was spot on and believe they were working more efficiently and saved me money by working together---constantly checking in with their manager to convey new blockers popping up. Time is money and the guys never even stopped to take a break, until they were sure the job was almost done! Never doubted the estimate, never doubted how trustworthy; comfortable for me to run a fast errand and leave them to working inside and outside of my home.
