"On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

"I had completed the same repair on my previous house in the past and it was a simple process. I expected the replacement kit would cost about $20-$40. I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced. They replaced the toilet bowl kit and also a short water hose leading into the water tank without talking to me. The total cost over $260 for what I thought would be a simple project. I feel taken advantage of."

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

"Reliant Plumbing has employed an expert team who worked diligently to fix multiple difficult to find sewage and drain issues in two bathrooms. They kept me constantly informed and aware of choices and costs of the repair! Just purchased my home a couple weeks ago and wished I'd hired these guys to test the capacity of the sewage pipes and drains ahead of time, so that I could have know these issues existed prior to the closing; the inspector missed this easy find. They assessed and found a separate issue, made a plan and returned early the next day to complete the job in the quickest time, so that I could get back to enjoying me new vintage home in Mid Town Tulsa Oklahoma! Never doubted the estimate, never doubted how trustworthy; comfortable for me to run a fast errand and leave them to working inside and outside of my home. I took pictures and sent the invoice to my son (located in a far away state) who happens to also be a plumber--- he complimented a great job done and I feel much happiness know that I got connected with Reliant Plumbing through this online web request.... if only all contractors could learn from this group--- I hope to never have any further repairs needed but if I do, I know Reliant Plumbers are a phone call or text away!!
