"Yang from Vi Plumbing did a great job. He removed my old 40 gal. non-working water heater to a 50 gal. water heater that I purchased for Home Depot. He was very professional and made sure he cleaned everything up before he left. He made sure that the water heater was working and answered any question. Great Job!!"

"They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"OH WOW :)! He was so very nice and knowledgeable. He thought it was possible the lines that run into the water heater needed replacing and might take care of the problem. He said someone would be by this afternoon to replace them. (He actually was here earlier than I expected.) He replaced the old, worn out, and extremely disgusting looking lines in just a bit over an hour. After which he cleaned up the area - YEAH!
All contact I had with this company consisted of kind, courteous, and very smart individuals.
UPDATE 5/7/2015:
Well, rats ankle, needed a new hot water heater anyway. Only bright spot was having Dun Rite Plumbing get it and install it for me. Cost LESS than I anticipated and the work done was EXCEPTIONAL!

"I was extremely pleased with the entire process!! Of course, I found Fred while searching on Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Fred arrived on time, reviewed my requests, and provided the estimate. I asked how soon he could start and he noted he could begin that same afternoon and complete the job early the next day. Fred, and brother Troy, performed the job as outlined: repair 16' of downed fence (including removing old broken 4x4 post and concrete, cementing in new 4x4 post), repair an additional 8' of broken pickets, and the tree removal. Simply said, Fred exceeded my expectations. He was very detailed in his work and easy to work with. I will use him again as I have need.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
