"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"Great work! Ben supplied pictures of the work in progress and explained everything that was being done which showed the roof being pulled back to the "studs" and then how they put the new roof on. They also replaced the skylight at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend them in the future!"

"I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."

"Recently replaced/upgraded roof and gutters. Both roofing and gutter replacement teams arrived on time, were professional, hardworking and did an excellent job which included installation and clean up. All S&K staff were friendly, professional, and responsive. I recommend S&K services to anyone looking to replace their roof and/or gutters."

"Zach was a wonderful sales rep from the start and he made me comfortable choosing the correct contractor for our roof replacement. The crew arrived on time as promised and left my home the way they found it which was greatly appreciated. Dylan maintained thorough contact during the project making sure we were aware of timelines when they job had to extend to day 2 due to wood replacement. I have no complaints thus far and would recommend."

"It was easy to make an appointment by phone; the pricing was based upon the size and type of the house (single family home, split level, 1800 sq ft). I understand it would have cost more if the house was taller, or less if it was a town house. The cleaners showed up on time, and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes. They used the water faucet from the front of the house to wash out the gutters and flush out the drain pipes. They picked up the gunk that washed out by hand so that it was barely noticeable. I paid by check when they were done."

"I called multiple roofing vendors. Most would companies could not be bothered with considering doing a small job. While Walter Brown did not do the original install of my roof, but they definitely did not hesitate to offer to help. From Alicia who answered the phone to Tyler and Lisa who helped getting me on the schedule. Lisa, Tyler - thank you. If I need any type roofing services in the future, I will not hesitate to call Walter Brown. Thanks again."

"Did roof inspection and made some necessary repairs. Mr. Mcgavin was very professional and informative. I will use his services again."
