"Outstanding work. I could not retract my Attic ladder without the help of another person. The hinges or springs were worn out. Bill & his assistant pulled out the old wooden ladder and metal assemblies. He had to “Customize” the attic opening by enlarging it and then installed aluminum ladder & metal assemblies. He also installed a metal railing in the Attic to prevent falling injuries. Cleaned up their mess."
