"About two years ago Dalton Jarvis built a patio cover for me. He did an awesome job. It’s like I have an extra room added onto my house. I would definitely hire Dalton again."

"Wes was amazing to work with. His products are top quality at a reasonable price. No wonder there are many home owners these days are working with him. He made it even better for us when he called me to let me know he can install the patio cover 2+ weeks ahead of our initial schedule. These made our weekend and the weeks that followed...Overall I would highly recommend working with Wes if anyone is thinking about putting a cover in their patio."

"I originally contacted Keith by phone and asked about licensing and insurance, since Angie's List looked as if that might be a problem. He explained that he had sold the business to his sons and that was why his old information showed up as "expired." I told him to bring along proof of insurance and licensing when he came to quote, and I would be happy. He came by a couple days later, late in March (and he remembered to bring the paperwork I had asked for, which gave him high points) and gave me an estimate for the job. Another company came in, looked at it, said they thought it would be about $10,000, and that was exactly the bid they later submitted: a flat $10,000. Talk about pulling a bid out of your nether parts... A third bid, to which more care and attention was given, came out somewhere between the two. About the time I was finalizing my decision, I got an email from Keith saying they were offering another five percent off all existing bids, as long as a decision was made by 4/15, in order to keep their workers busy. They would have had my business anyway, but that was great. Since I had good Angie's List reviews on all three contractors, I felt confident in accepting this lowest bid. Keith asked me when I wanted to start, and I said I was open to what worked in their schedule but would like the work completed by the end of April. A couple of days later, I got a call asking if a 4/12 start would work, which it did. Keith's son Beau was the job site foreman and his brother was with him for the heavier parts of the job, as were a couple other workers for briefer times. The work was entirely completed by noon on 4/15...it might have been done by the previous afternoon but their Trex order had been shorted by four boards, so they needed to get more. The work done is exactly what I wanted. Since we are having the whole interior of the house painted in a couple of months, we did not have them paint the new wallboard and window trim they put in, but it is ready to paint and looks great. The outlets and faucet are just what I had envisioned, and the floor is perfect. The workers were very respectful of our home and a pleasure to have around. There were no "surprise" extra costs or problems of any kind. They cleaned up and hauled away their mess every work day, and left the room in "ready to use" shape. If all the contractors I have dealt with were as good, home ownership would be an unqualified pleasure!"

"Scott was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We met Scott and went of ideas of what we thought we would like. Scott's knowledge and experience in the industry lead us to new ideas and finalizing a plan and design. We scheduled a weekend for the project(yes a weekend) and he showed up at the time discussed, promptly setup, and took off building. Scott and his helper had the project done and cleaned up well before dark. The patio cover is amazing with clean lines and structurally strong. I would recommend Scott to everyone and hope more people get the chance to work with this gentleman. I will definitely use him in the future."
