"The quality was great and the plumber was incredibly friendly, easy to work with. My only concern was I was never provided pictures of the tub surround as discussed and not given the option to chose, just got what was picked out for me. This was a pretty big 4-day project, re-pipe of water, sewer lines, new tankless water heater, new tub and 2 new toilets. I do not love that 2 different toilets were installed. Again, I was not consulted about the style of toilets."

We were having trouble with our water heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us explore our options. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. He will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. Some service people in the past have made us feel stupid or like we are inconveniencing them by hiring them. Jordan was very nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us out."

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"
