After filing my complaint, my phone rang and the contractor set up a time to finish the job. The crew finished removing the tree,cut up and cleared the brush to my satisfaction. The price for the service was negotiated down due to the communication breakdown so all ended well. So here you have an amended review with a good recommendation."

"Jarred Adkins called me the same day I started looking for a plumber! He came that eve, crawled under house (24" approx height crawlspace), took pics, and gave us an estimate. He and his crew got the job done very quickly and it was a much bigger job than he bid on, but he did it all! He and his crew were just awesome to work with us every step of the way. He showed us exactly what the problems were and what had to be done and how he would do it. It was expensive, but I wish I could have paid him more than he asked! They were just that good! "I rarely give anyone 5 stars to anyone as I feel we can all improve something. However, I give Simpson’s Elite Tree 5 stars. Very professional, on time, honest and they exceeded my expectations, not to mention the price was much better than a couple other companies’ prices. Not only did they remove the “widow maker” in my backyard, there is almost zero evidence that a tree was even dropped in the yard. They had a huge challenge due to the very limited space they had to work in. The tree could have very easily took out the neighbor’s fence, my roof or my deck but they dropped each piece right where they predicted it would fall. I watched/listened to their communication through the kitchen window and I’m telling you it’s top notch!"
