We initially hired a plumber to add a cutoff valve which had to be moved to accommodate the new stove. Because of old house issues the estimate was high. Justin was hired for the cabinets but was also certified for the gas line project. Justin was my choice and one that I was very satisfied with. From contact until completion, he was very professional and competent. The final charge was VERY reasonable considering that he knew how important this was to my wife he came and completed the job that same night. HIGHLY recommend this company. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
