"We loved working with Susan and Gregg Simmen of ACR Kitchen and Bath on our bathroom remodel! Our bathroom needed a lot of work and we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted, but we had a set budget. From start to finish, ACR was great. We worked with Susan on every element of the design, including picking out fixtures, tiles and flooring. She met with us at times that worked with our schedules, so the process went very smoothly. There were several times that we changed our minds on certain design choices and Susan was really great about making those changes – very flexible and helpful. Gregg met us at our home, reviewed the design, and developed the plan for the project. Throughout the process, Gregg and Susan understood and respected our budget constraints and worked with us to figure out how to accomplish our goals within our budget. The crew who did the work, Tim and Jonathan, were fantastic. They were friendly and professional. They completed the demolition efficiently and did a fantastic job cleaning up. They completed the work of building the bathroom up diligently and on time, at each step making sure that we were happy with the work they were doing. ACR brings in specialized professions for tiling and for plastering – both of whom did an amazing job and were highly attentive to our opinions and design choices. Following the project, ACR and the crew have been quite responsive to the rare issue that has come up and they’ve worked to make sure that we’re 100% satisfied with the product. "This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
