I had several companies out initially and was not very impressed with them. they were just throwing out large numbers and not really spending time on explaining the details of the work. rick from buckeye came out and spent several hours on his first visit. rick was very patient with my wife and I. he walked us through the process step by step. he was very knowledgeable and very detailed in the work to be performed. he answered all of our questions from the city permit process to the actual work. he told us exactly what to expect and that's exactly what we got. when the crew arrived on Monday the foreman bryon walked us through the work card and explained what they would be doing day by day. bryon was extremely polite and curtious to our needs. we had a few plants that we wanted to keep so he dug those out first and set them aside so as not to damage them. they worked very hard and were very neat in keeping the job clean. I was happy to make them hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch every day. the inspections all passed and I couldn't be more pleased. the half of driveway they had to take out looked so good that we had them remove the rest and replace all of the concrete drive. I would like to thank them for all there hard work. they were wonderful. I would also like to thank rick for coming out three separate times before we decided to do the project. all the other companies wanted us to contract within 20 minutes of being there. it was a big decision for my wife and I but we sure are glad we went with buckeye waterproofing. thanks again for all your help!

"Choice Home Warranty presents their company as the best home warranty. The sales pitch I received on the phone multiple times and in my countless e-mails that they sent. The information stated that repairs are done at times on the same day. I did purchase the warranty in June 2023. I called for my first service on July 21st. When my washer was draining the water my kitchen sink filled up with the water the washer was draining. I was then told that the job is sent out and we wait 24-48 hours for the response with an appointment. So I waited and followed up with a call to Choice. I was told no one had accepted the job. I received a phone call from Falcon Plumbing asking if I still needed service? I said yes!! The service was scheduled on July 26th. That is 5 days after my request for service. Not the same day not right away 5 days later. The young man that came out was very efficient . He cleared the pipe and asked me to run the washer to see that the water did not back up into the sink again. Problem solved. I did pay the required $75.00 for the service. I am very disappointed that Choice sounded like it was better than other home warranty co. I realize that Choice was not concerned with getting my repair right away. I have had a home warranty on my home since I purchased it 5 years ago. I think they are just like protection plans you purchase on a home appliance. Everyone will explain how you need this so much when they are trying to sell it to you. Hoping you never need to use it...Bad first experience."

We thought our gutters Needed repaired But when Aaron and Xena came out they showed us othey showed us other function errors That brought water closer to our house from improper installation errors. They inspected everything and showed us the errors. We ended up getting new gutters. They had a large variety of options and colors and protection against leaves and sticks. They were respectful and efficient And had great communication!! I would use journey Contracting again! They made it very painless To replace my gutters! 5 stars to these guys"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Moved to a new house and the water was yellow and stinky due to rust and hardness. Called Glaser Softwater and despite the owner being on vacation, they still took immediate action and had a rust remover and water softener installed within a few days. We’ve had water softeners in the past but Glaser has proven to be the best by far! Our water went from yellow and nasty to the best water we've ever had. I can personally attest that  there is a BIG difference amongst water softeners and Glaser Softwater systems are AMAZING! I would give them my best recommendation not only for a superior product but also for professionalism and excellent customer service.
