First off the Sales presentation was great, more options than we had seen from previous companies. Once the contract was signed, their office team took over with helping with permits, speaking to our HOA and making sure we were in compliance with everyone. The product started on a Monday and was completed by the following Tuesday, the deck removed was 20x18 and multi level so a large removal. The new deck was 20x15 with stairs, all completed in just over a week and we could not be happier. I am sure there are cheaper options out there, but we would highly recommend Maris."
