The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Very honest and high quality work. They even did some extra sodding and dirt work at no charge."

I have a few challenges with my lawn that they agreed to accommodate, but it wasn't a problem until this year. They tried to mow a hill on my property just after a rain and the result was their giant mower sliding down and digging a large figure S into my lawn where the turf was simply torn out. They did send a supervisor that spread some seed and straw, but the hot weather has mostly killed that off. Each mowing after that time resulted in a cut so short that they essentially scalped places in my lawn until it was brown and dying. I called after each cut, simply looking to have the height set taller so as not to cause damage. I had to leave a message each time and have not received a single call back. I canceled my service via e-mail since the phone calls were not working, but that did not work either. I was finally able to speak with someone that didn't care."
