Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. "Excellent quality workmanship, completed in 1 day as promised. Protected my landscaping and cleaned up very well. My only complaint is that they gave me very little notice. I signed the contract on Tuesday, they called me late Wednesday afternoon and told me they would be installing my roof on Thursday. I know this sounds like a silly complaint, but I had to scramble to get the time off to home. A day or 2 notice would have been helpful."

"I am very satisfied with the work that Rapid did on my house. They came out and were able to diagnose a leak we had between an addition and the rest of the home. We had two contractors out before them and they couldn't figure it out. They just wanted to replace EVERYTHING to fix a small leak. "In 2011, JK install vinyl siding on my home. They checked all the boxes: Workmanship was great. Very courteous. Very punctual. Cleaned up afterwards. In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I will definitely be recommending them again."
