"The thermistor on dryer was faulty. While he examined it, he found that one of the seals was tearing. The technician asked us if there was any leak we had noticed. We said no. He showed us the damage and asked us if we wanted to get the seal replaced too. We said yes. In addition to the initial service call, the cost of replacing the faulty thermistor + the torn seal came to approximately 280 dollars or so. This was in addition to the approximately 100$ for the initial call. We thought this was to our satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

"I'd call Mr Appliance again in a heart beat. I appreciated the pre arrival text to let me know he was on his way accompanied with a picture of the technician. He took one look at my washer and very nicely told me it didn't work due to operator error :-) Then after thoroughly looking at my DIY fix of my non working dryer, he plugged the unit in and it worked just fine. Well worth the service charge and a replacement power cord. I'm a happy customer! Footnote: As it turned out, the power receptacle was bad."

"When I contacted them about a broken dryer they told me there were many refrigerator calls in front of me. They explained this to me and said it may be a few days before they could handle my call but would keep me informed. They also explained that the cost to come and look at the dryer was $49 but if I had the dryer repaired by them that cost would be deducted from the repair cost, They calledl several times with up dates and was able to come on the 3 day. The tech came in and was professional, asked some questions and went to work and found the problem. Explained the cost and said he had the parts on his truck. When he was done he tested the dryer to make sure it worked gave me some tips on maintenance I can do to keep the dryer running. I thought the cost of parts and service was a little on the high side for the amount of time they spent on the service. However, you get what you pay for. The work was done correctly and quickly. I think if they had not had so many refrigerator calls they would have been able to get to my call faster. It was nice to have a company keep you informed on when they will get to your service and not have you just waiting."

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."
