After receiving a quote from another business, to the tune of $53,000 for "other problems discovered", I had Ram Jack come out and did not tell them what the first place said. After they crawled under the house, took measurements, etc, they found nothing wrong with the foundation, advised me that I was not in need of their services, and provided me with the names of a few well-known and trustworthy local businesses that could repair the foundation crack. "Foundation Repairs - We had dry rotted wooden posts due to concrete pads being buried below the dirt. Wu Construction replaced the posts/ piers and placed new concrete pads on top of the existing to raise them above the dirt. I had some questions and Victor Wu followed up with me. Victor is very professional, honest and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needed these services as well."

"This is an update to my prior review left on 12/10/2018. Since Noa completed the work there have been a few issues arise. Puddling/standing of water, an inch deep or more right in front of the door. And cracking (I know concrete cracks) this cracking is wider, deeper, more and different than would be expected. I have had other concrete people out to look, and agree it's not right. I have been calling, texting, emailing Noa for 4 months with no response. Just know if you hire him there is no follow through. You're on your own good luck."
