"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. Important lâ y, they listen to my ideas and suggestions. Well done. Elaine"

"They take care of my small tiling work beautifully."

"Excellent work. Very responsive and resolved confusion around the sealant."

"Outstanding with a result far more than expected. David cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed the tile in a shower that had been neglected for years. He also cleaned and resealed the shower pan as well as thoroughly cleaning the shower door. The result was a like-new shower. David is professional, dedicated, and very detail oriented. He's also an excellent communicator. I was thrilled with the results. I intend to hire him to restore the rest of the tile and stone in my house. Highly recommended."

"Great job staining my fence!!! Brock did this work while I was in a different state, the communication was great, he gave me a fair price and did an awesome job. Thank you!"

"This is the third time that we have used Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW, and we are always thrilled with results of the carpet cleaning. We are now regular customers! This particular time, we took advantage of a deal that Bjorn's Hydra Clean NW offered because they were introducing a new process called dry steam, an advanced carpet cleaning system. We were quite intrigued, because the process would allow carpets to dry within an hour, since a mechanical water extraction system would remove 95% of moisture. We were also appreciative that a non-toxic chemical and softened water would be used for cleaning. I first want to mention that scheduling the appointment was one of the best I have experienced for any service provider. I submitted a request for scheduling on their website, and was called almost immediately! I scheduled the service date, and immediately received an email confirming the date. I also received reminders. Bjorn was on time, as always, and very friendly and professional, as always. We are so appreciative that our carpets look like new after the service, and this time they were dry so much faster than we have ever experienced. Certainly, ask Bjorn about this new process; it is worth it! They backed the process with 100% guarantee that we would be satisfied, and we are more than satisfied."

"Clarence did a great job explaining and giving estimates and being honest. Did a good job in re grouting the shower areas. Would recommend him and Floor Doctors."

"Very happy with the prompt response and the deep cleaning on our beige carpets that removed some stains including where coffee has spilled. The cleaning made the the carpets look like new. Highly recommend."

"They came to our house to review the scope of work. While here they recommended some additional work and then provided a written estimate. After discussing the work, my wife and i negotiated a slightly different scope and fee which they agreed to. They asked for a down payment prior to starting the work. Based on the reviews, listed by Home Advisor and the fact they accept credit cards we did agree to the down payment. The work was scheduled for about three weeks into the future. They showed up right on time and completed all they said they would on day one. We scheduled a second day to allow the grout to cure and then they came back to seal the tile. We noticed several minor defects from the first days work. Once the tile was sealed, they went about correcting all of the minor defects. The finished results looks great."
