No dust when removing tile!!!! Amazingly clean and always cleaned up each day. Punctual each day arriving when he said he would. Our whole house tiling is perfect! His attention to detail is amazing! And our master bath!!!! WOW! He created a walk in shower, re did all the tiling in the bathroom, rebuilt the wall and all the way worked with us for adjustments and add one when we saw things we decided we wanted done. "I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"We started out needing our fireplace tile replaced. We chose a mosaic tile knowing full well mosaics always have some flaws, but hoping they’d be minimal. Ben worked his magic and made that mosaic fireplace more beautiful than we could’ve hoped. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Being so pleased with the fireplace, we decided to have our bathroom counters and tile backsplash redone. Again they turned out beautiful. Next will come the kitchen, then floors and showers. "Even months after the job was completed, I am still so pleased. The Tile Guys responded to my initial message very quickly, completed on budget both dollar wise and time wise. He was able to pinpoint the problem ( water behind tiles/water damage), tear out only the tiles necessary to repair it and then apply proper seal and replace with new tiles. It looks fantastic. He was courteous, polite, did a good clean up each day and treated my home with respect. I would absolutely hire him again for any future project and would recommend him wholeheartedly."
