Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. "The plumber that came to the appointment was courteous, clean, friendly and made a good impression. He was prompt and seemed to understand what I wanted and made measurments and inspections to insure it could be done the way I wanted it done. I did not do the job at this time as it is a bit more expensive than I thought it was going to be, but when I do get it done in a month or two I will be calling Beck's Plumbing back to do the work. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"
