Any question or concern I had - and there were many- I felt comfortable texting or calling Dennis and he would get right back to me. As far as scheduling plumber, electrician etc Dennis had that all under control as well! "I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"The team at Avstep were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They replaced our garage roof and helped us with joist work. They were right on time, were super efficient, and organized and cleaned as they were working. It was so nice to talk with them and were very upfront and honest. The whole job was explained in professional detail and gave us a quote for the job that we felt was very fair. The work started the next day and was completed in a day and a half. They are worth more than a simple 5 star. We will now be using them for the added work we are planning. You won’t be disappointed."

He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
