They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!"

"Carlos originally remodeled our entire office space, which we LOVE. We are VERY picky about how things are done, and this guy lived up to our expectations and more. At times, I think we drove him a bit crazy, but he never showed it. 
He installed our sink and we've always had some plumbing issues as a result of the old pipes in the building. My sink had been clogged for a couple of weeks and I was super lazy about calling Carlos to come check it out. I called him last week and within an HOUR he was there to fix it. He happened to be in the neighborhood on his lunch break, and took time from eating to come check in, say hello and fix the plumbing issues. It was fixed in no time and is working like new.
Carlos is always professional, timely, and definitely puts his clients first. I actually had a new client prospect in my office and Carlos politely excused himself to give us privacy. A true professional and overall, a wonderful man. Highly recommend for any service, and I am also happy to do a phone call reference if someone prefers.

"This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"Drew from Legacy Plumbing came out IMMEDIATELY to our rescue because not only were all toilets and showers unusable because water would flood downstairs but we had a birthday get-together with family happening within the hour. Drew was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our clog and we needed a replacement part for an obvious leak. Legacy Plumbing is super honest, and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off with unnecessary b.s.. This is the second time we've called and because of the great job he did on our last major issue with our old pipes, we called him again. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased.
