"I called 5 Insulation companies for estimates in Oct.2025, when we were having other work done to our home & discovered we had No insulation between the studs. USA 🇺🇸 Insulation was the most expensive but they were the most thorough during the sales process, as far as explaining how everything was to be done & showed me photos. They were the ONLY company that offered the blown in expansion Insulation. Which is what made the job a little more costly, but they used the best product because it doesn't settle over time, which to me made it worth it. They came on Dec.15th which was a VERY cold day, with a 4 man crew,each with a specialized task, (Foreman, siding removal, hole driller, foam insertion). They were very professional, answered all my questions, cleaned up my property when done & did a heat camera procedure that showed me how the walls were cold before hand & were already warming by end of job. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to have this done."

"They did an excellent job the opening to the crawl space had to expanded to allow entry of a man, and Saunders was able to do this. They installed a bathroom fan , so that the fan could be vented to the outdoors instead of into the Attic. Saunders personnel were able to tell me what they saw while down in the crawl space, which included other issues that I will need to resolve in the future, but which I'm glad to be made aware of. Per my brother who is an engineer, Saunders did an excellent job of both lining and insulating the crawl space and insulating the attic. My brother is picky so I can recommend Saunders installation specialist."

"Art was a great guy and came when expected.  He had a couple of parts issues that were not his fault but came back and finished the job as fast as he could.  He even re-did the position of the equipment when he thought it would increase the efficiency of the fan.  And it did.  They were clean and left my place spotless.  I would use them again in a second.  The fan is really powerful for my 4500 SF home and exhausts through the roof eaves.  No holes cut in the roof at all.

"Saunders installed a bath exhaust fan and light as well as attic insulation for us. Very professional and efficient - a timely installation, performed very soon after contract was written. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
