"Our garage door was damaged and was off the track. I called first thing in the morning. Precision sent a repairman, Joseph G, who arrived before we got home from work, repaired the problem, made additional fixes, and let us know the fixes were covered under our warranty. After starting the day with a damaged garage door, what a wonderful surprise to return home to a fixed door and no bill. Garage door works great again. "The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half.
