Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."

"Another disappointed customer of Waunakee Remodeling. They replaced the entire roof and gutters, and included a leaf guard system for the gutters. As it turned out, they only put ONE screw in the downspout connected to a gutter drain (which was not clogged), and the downspout became completely detached within 3 years. (The previous/original gutters and downspouts were on for 22 years and I never had a problem...) Waunakee Remodeling charged me over $100 to have them come out and reattach the downspout, and told me that "No Gutter system is maintenance-free" even though this is EXACTLY how it was marketed to me. I will not use them again. Their poor follow-up on their inadequate work is, to say the least, disappointing."
