They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. "Installers accidentally left some broken glass in the yard and they had to come back and clean it up. There was also a small chip in the bathroom vanity from the window installed above it. they reimbursed us for that. Overall, very efficient, friendly and responsive.
