"Hired to do the following: Family Room - Install Engineered Cherry Flooring; Carpeting on Steps/Landing Bedrooms (3) - Install highest grade carpeting with appropriate matting An absolute pleasure to work with. Latif (owner) was punctual, polite and insightful into his products and the quality of workmanship his crew could provide. He impressed us with his attention to details about the finer points of the upcoming work project, as well as educating us about industry trends and products. We believe that the products Latif sells are of superior quality, and areconfident they will hold up/look nice throughout the years. Concerning the service provided: His work crew (Jose/Assistants) was extremely polite and professional, showing up early - as we anticipated. They took the utmost care to work around some furniture items left in the rooms to be carpeted. The flooring and carpeting projects were finished right on time, according to schedule - with no loose ends to be completed later. I was amazed at the care taken to keep our home clean and un-smudged from all their installation projects. It was quite obvious that Renaissance Floor Carpet staff truly respected their customers. Without reservation, we would highly recommend Latif and staff as professionals of the highest degree - for flooring/carpeting projects under consideration. "I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring including Mike and Polly were very responsive and helpful at the beginning of our project. The installation team was very patient with us while we chose our floor color and helped with mixing stains to create exactly what we were looking for. The crew was punctual and very professional throughout out the process and we are overall very pleased with the new floors. Our disappointment began with the moving of the furniture and ended with the lack of concern and followup once the project was completed. Mike let us know that they would move the furniture out and back in for an additional fee. I do not believe the team was trained to move furniture correctly. We had two pieces damaged and we also ended up moving about a quarter of the furniture back in ourselves as the timing Jodi (who took over for Polly) offered did not work with our schedules and we did not want to wait another full week to get the furniture back in. When Mike came out about a few concerns we had with the final flooring we do not feel he listened and took the time to understand our concerns. He felt our concerns would be easily addressed and had the team come back out to do the touch ups but there was no communication between Mike, Jodi and the team as they did not understand what needed to be done when they got here or have the right product on the truck to do the work. It did get done later that day but not without a lot of frustration. We expressed our disappointment regarding the damaged furniture, the confusion about the touch ups and that we ended up having to move the last of the furniture back ourselves. The communications after that from Jodi were defensive and somewhat evasive and we never heard anything further from Mike although he was copied on all communications. The lack of concern and follow up for our complaints, after the project was completed, from both Jodi and Mike is the only reason that we would not use PHF again."

Based on my first experience, I knew I wanted to hire them again and now that they've just recently installed a second room, I'll be having them back soon! The crew was on-time, friendly and did quality work. No dust, no loud noise and were fast! The customer service is great too! "After a water leak in the basement, we had to replace the floor in the entire basement. We got three quotes and AG Construction & Flooring won the job. They did a GREAT job. Aaron's team came out and cleared away the old floor (tile, vinyl and carpet) and installed the new CoreTec vinyl flooring in just the time he said it was going to be done in. Great work and Great Company. If you need flooring, you really should include AG Construction & Flooring in the bid. :)"

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again.
