"I used Omar's General Contracting to remodel my shower. The shower was very dated and on the small side based on how it was built not the available space. OGC stripped the shower down to the studs, the shower framing was reconfigured to take advantage of the additional space, the plumbing was moved over to fit the new layout and a bench was added. OGC was very open to listening and talking with me about what I wanted to do. When I moved the location of the bench to the another side of the shower, they accommodated my change of mind. We discussed how that affected the final shower look and we went on from there. It's perfect! The single shower head was replaced by a shower head, a sliding shower head mounted on a bar and body sprays. The frameless glass just makes it so inviting. The tile and finishing work are beautiful! OGC also hung cabinets, replaced a two piece vanity with a three piece vanity and changed the towel bars etc. to match. This definitely ranks as one of my favorite outcomes in a remodeling project."

The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. "They sub-contracted out, the price change ($299.99 to $430.00) from the big deal because they had to pay Rodriguez Home Improvement LLC. They came out and pressure wash the house and to make the guy go back over his work. Still it was a lot of dirty areas left. Afterwards, I took a cloth and wiped away the dirt. I did this to see if it was baked on from the sun. It was just a lousy job from the sub sub contractors."

"Whenever I hire painters from Kargmans, they consistently do excellent work regardless of the project type. As with all contractors, on-site communication before, during and after the project is the key to success. Randy and his teammate (apologies, I forgot to write down your name) started this work by doing some extra prep tasks that my husband had not been able to complete. When I pointed out the areas that needed small repairs or sanding, they got to work right away and handled these tasks in a very professional manner. When it turned out that I had gotten the wrong color paint for one of the rooms (which I discovered after they had already started to paint the closet), Randy told me that there were no problems.
