We picked out hardwood flooring and he installed it, he installed the appliances we bought, tiled the bathrooms with our selection of tile etc.. In addition to building the house, he has stood by the construction and has made himself available when things needed attention (routine settling cracks, some siding that blew off in a windstorm etc.) We had a deck on the old house, and he managed to remove it during demolition and re-attach it to the new house. Later, we decided to remove the deck and put in a patio and MTL came in with a great price and put in a very nice Paver Patio.
