They covered all of the items including fixing a broken spa tub stopper, an improperly angled drain pipe in the kitchen, a non flushing toilet, a broken pocket door latch, a "dead" outlet, and resealing a boot/flu cap thing on the roof, and I'm sure I am forgetting one or two other tasks. They finished these in one afternoon and the final bill came to over a hundred dollars below estimate. "This is the 4th time I have used Precision Painting and I was once again very pleased with the results. Original contract was to paint 4 exterior doors. The day they were doing the doors, as an after thought, I asked if they would also do the yard light pole and they did it as well. They thoroughly scrapped, sanded, and primed all the surfaces. They went so far as to completely remove a screen door with the frame to be able to paint under it. It closes better now than before they took it off! Chad's suggestion for the accent color on the front door trim would not have occurred to me, but it looks great. The 2 man crew completed the job by mid afternoon of the day they started painting.
