"John owns and manages an outstanding painting service company. We solicited five bids and Optimum was the lowest (including our Angies List discount). John worked with my wife and I to coordinate a schedule that was optimum (no pun intended) for our travel schedule to Black Butte. The quality of the painting (which included some minor reconstruction of our chimney structure on our roof) was outstanding. Every part of the house was checked and touched up after the inititial paint application. The PPG Manor House paint has a lifetime warranty. John's kept me appraised of progress on a real time basis and made his scheduled completion interim and final completion times aand dates. John's team was exteremely professional in communicating their objectives and process. Optimum is a very well managed organization that delivered a high quality exterior paint job in an efficient and timely manner."

"Was contacted Shade-Pros via Googleing "blinds repair". Benjamin Nelson came to look at my repair and took it down and looked at what was going on. The blind was very old. He took time to try and locate the parts needed, but found they were no longer available. Gave me a very reasonable replacement quote which I accepted and he ordered. Kept in touch with delivery date and installed as stated. Great job, and vacuumed after completion."

"Erik Upvall is an excellent professional contractor who caters to your needs at a target budget. Erik’s professionalism shines. Rest assured that Erik is licensed, insured, and bonded to keep you at ease. After a careful review of our options to extend our carport’s roofline to accommodate a newer and longer pickup truck we chose to extend our existing support beams with necessary hardware and expertise by cantilevering the additional roofline. Well, it exceeded our expectations while it complimented the look of our existing carport. I even helped Erik with the installation of hardware to keep my budget on target 🎯. Please do not hesitate. "Jim was very responsive. Came quickly after I contacted him to give me an estimate. Had to work around the weather but he got his crew out and had the job done in one day. I would definitely hire him again.

"The person that came out to discuss it with us she was wonderful, she new everything and every question we had she either answered it herself or found the answer elsewhere. The gentleman that arranged the installation was really good the installers were clean and left everything very neat. I was very satisfied with them."

"Dillion and his crew were amazing in clearing snow from our homeowners association roofs in one of the biggest winters we experienced in 2018/19. Punctual, Professional and great attitudes, it was my pleasure to work with and alongside Dillion and Crew. Would hire again in a heartbeat"

"Broken Top Window Coverings did a great job of putting in custom shutters for my sky lights at a 30 degree angle (not easy to do) and installing a Hunter Douglas custom shutter configuration for my Master Bedroom large high-arch window. Totally professional, expert engineering/installation, and very responsive to unique customer needs. I am hiring them again to do another custom shutter installation."
