"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. "The roofing job was complicated because we have 43 solar panels on our roof that needed to be removed by our solar contractor before the roof could be replaced, and then needed to be reinstalled after the new roof passed inspection.  The roof removal and replacement was handled professionally and Bruce was a pleasure to work with.  He worked with our insurance company to get them to cover the greatest extent of the damages possible.  Hart subcontracted out the gutter replacement, the exterior paint repair and the window replacement, but all of the subcontractors were top notch.  Many of my neighbors had their first floor alarm leads ruined when the windows were replaced, but I had pointed this out to the installer, and he saved the wires, so that it was simple to have my alarm company come out and place new magnetic sensors in the new windows.

The biggest issue that occurred was the roof initially failed inspection because of some minor issues with the flashing, that the Denver inspector didn't like.  Hart took care of it immediately, but because Denver was running so far behind on inspections, we had to delay reinstalling our solar panels until the roof passed re-inspection.  This caused us to lose solar production for an extended period of time.  This issue was far more Denver's inspection wait time than Hart's, but it was frustrating that the roof failed inspection in the first place.

The best part about dealing with Hart roofing was that they were honest and honorable to work with.  I never felt like I was being mislead or that they were trying to be anything less than ethical.  I would recommend them and will use them again, should the need arise."

"Purchased the garage door service and selected the wireless remote.
Jordan arrived 2 minutes before estimated time.  He fixed the garage door eyes which weren't allowing open/close function, installed the wireless remote and replaced the garage door rollers.  He even tightened up the buttons on our mounted wall buttons.
Garage door now works flawlessly and much quieter.
Couldn't be happier with the service.  Highly recommend!
