"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"pricey repair......I was not pleased with the up selling of some program they had-something about a monthly fee and not having to pay for future repairs. It was a turn off for sure. However they were timely, neat and tidy, polite. The other plumbing service I have used through Home Advisor didn't try to sell me other features."

"Where do I start?! We hired Michael to fix our water heater, he responded quickly & was able to get us in later in the evening. He called to let us know when he was on his way & when he came he wasted no time. He explained what was wrong with our water heater & gave us a reasonable quote. We needed a part that was half way across town during traffic time so to make sure we got the part we needed he rushed down to grab it before the placed closed & came back & was able to fix it that night (thanks goodness he did because it was snowing & no one wants to use cold water when it snows). "When I confirmed the appointment I advised the scheduler to have the plumber come to the main entrance for our community and gave very specific directions. The plumber call from the wrong entrance and I had to stay on the phone and provide turn-by-turn directions and go stand out front of our unit. When he want to purchase a replacement faucet, he took over 90 minutes to return. He charged nearly $500.00 to replace a faucet! He went on and on about how much money he was saving us! He fixed out leak, but I regret not having done the work myself."
