"When I confirmed the appointment I advised the scheduler to have the plumber come to the main entrance for our community and gave very specific directions. The plumber call from the wrong entrance and I had to stay on the phone and provide turn-by-turn directions and go stand out front of our unit. When he want to purchase a replacement faucet, he took over 90 minutes to return. He charged nearly $500.00 to replace a faucet! He went on and on about how much money he was saving us! He fixed out leak, but I regret not having done the work myself."
