"Calvin Davis of Octane Repair came along and saved my family from another rough summer with a HVAC that was not doing the job. Being disabled I tried to save money and purchased a generic brand HVAC from Lowe's which I got at a great price. But I couldn't find anyone willing to install it because I didn't purchase it from them and was even told it would take 5 days and 10 grand to install the system by one company. Then I found out about Mr Davis and his company Octane Repair and he saved my family and did a great install and everything is working wonderful now and a disabled man wasn't forced to pay an extreme amount of money. I thank Calvin Davis daily now for my HVAC and the money he saved my family. They have a customer for life and all the word of mouth advertising I can give them for the wonderful job and plain old respect and quality of work we received from an honest company. Thanks again Calvin from the Grimes family in Salina"

"Audie helped me fix a job that went poorly with another repairmen. He showed up next day, walked me through all the issues, and did a great job. Even though he needed to come back the next day to finish the job (he didn't have a tool he didn't expect to use), he was very straightforward, apologetic, and honest about it. I also observed him teaching his helper in a way that impressed me - even showing him grace when his helper made a mistake. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again."

"It was all right; we didn’t really get anything worthwhile out of it.  She was pleasant to work with, it is just what she advertised versus what we got was way out.  There was nothing really robust about it.  She was polite and pleasant to talk to and what not but her work wasn’t that great. "

"Installers did a great job,--only bitch was that the window sashes don't match the color of the interior framework--window sashes being dark oak and inside woodwork (ie; window framework) is 'light oak...'"

FAQs for shower installation and replacement projects in Bennington, KS

You should regrout tile every 10 to 15 years, provided it is well-maintained with regular cleaning and sealing. Over time, grout can deteriorate due to exposure to moisture, foot traffic, and the use of cleaning agents. If you start to see cracks, discoloration, crumbling grout, or loose tiles, it’s a sign that regrouting is needed sooner.

The most effective way to clean grout involves a combination of powerful cleaning agents and the right tools. Using a dedicated grout brush intensifies the cleaning process, ensuring a deep clean. Create a powerful homemade solution by mixing baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap to break down deeply embedded dirt. After cleaning, reseal the grout to lock in protection and maintain its appearance.

You can't regrout tile without removing the existing grout and expect good, long-lasting results. You must replace the old grout when it begins to crumble and fail. New grout cannot properly adhere to existing grout, meaning moisture will still reach the damaged layer and cause additional water damage, which will be more costly to deal with in the long run.

Visible indicators, such as cracks, stains, chipping, and mold growth, signal that your grout is compromised and no longer maintains its bonding strength. If you notice these issues, cleaning alone won't restore the grout's integrity. In such cases, consider complete or partial regrouting to preserve your surfaces and prevent further damage.
