Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Bensenville, IL

"I had a tankless water heater installed. I gave 4-1/2 stars for overall rating because the worker who came was the lone installer and had no one to help. I could not use water for almost sever hours an inconvenience since job was estimated to be "about 4 hours". I think he took a deserved lunch break for about an hour. He was on time and was courteous and pleasant. Would have been nice if he had a helper."

"Tim and his assistant worked rapidly, but carefully, to remove the old furnace, install the new one, test it and then clean up the furnace area in the basement.  In addition they were able to put the furnace-mounted humidifier back in operation.  Not only was Tim and his assistant prompt, courteous and professional, they explained everything clearly and exceeded my expectations by installing a new furnace on a Sunday morning!"

"It went well he was very professional and did a good job of installing the waterline"

"They were great! Called at the agreed upon time frame, carried new water heater downstairs and removed old one and took away! Install was smooth and I had them booked in one day! Finally an honest plumber!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"Very fast from the initial call to the completion of the installation. Very well done and professional."

"Patrick was terrific! Very personable, down to earth, and professional. We had his team install a tankless water heater and while he was here we decided to have a few old toilets replaced and we had him reconstruct our washing machine drain set up. Patrick’s team was very neat and very efficient. Everything works and looks great. We could not have been more pleased with our decision to hire Patrick. I would 100% recommend Lorenz Plumbing."

"These guys are great and were definitely the best value. Very knowledgeable and up on the latest technology and research in home comfort. We discussed some possible upgrades to improve efficiency and comfort and I was very confident in my decisions. Installers were professional and hard-working. The owner, Tim, is a really nice guy and I didn't feel rushed or pressured as we were talking through the options. Office staff was on the ball with gentle (not aggressive) follow ups. Also, TDH Mechanical guarantees the system for 12 YEARS parts AND labor!!! So if something, anything goes wrong with the system (other than you bashing it with a hammer or like your basement flooding) they come out and fix it at NO charge. That sealed the deal for me. It was refreshing to see somebody stand by the product and workmanship like that. I give them the highest marks."
