"We had the opportunity to work with Paul Filan as the person to come out to help understand our home situation with foundation cracks. This isnâ t a call any homeowner wants to make as itâ s $$$!!! I understood the importance of having it looked at before the issue gets worse. Before the appointment, I was given via mail valuable information on their company and processes they implement for fixing various issues. Now Iâ m informed which I appreciate before our meeting. Paul called to confirm our appointment days before hand. (It was an actual person and the person that is coming!!! Never happens any more!) Paul was on time, came prepared for all my questions and really took in all that I had to say. It felt like Paul was a friend that knew foundations/concrete instead of a sales person. Even worse a push sales person that thinks they are gods gift. I could see and feel Paul wanted to understand what we see and hear our thoughts on the issue. He addressed our questions from a higher perspective and then a deeper analysis of our home and foundation. Itâ s over 100 degrees out and Paul didnâ t rush anything. He came back and took time to explain in detail the issues, how he sees them and how they address our questions. Made us feel part of the process and helped us learn how these happen and such. Paul then presented the price in the form of options or levels of fixing. The layout was clean and straightforward. The prices seemed fair and matched the work that would be going in to the project. Each option was ok with him to be selected and described the differences. We ended up doing option three which was everything he found to be fixed. We were not pushed to that option but made the most sense for us. It was also really nice to see the pride he had for his company and his job. To me that tells he values and likes his job. Iâ m going to value and like the end result. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional, honest, caring, able to communicate things I have no knowledge about in a way I can understand and now feel educated of the issue/process/ result."

"Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. "We contracted with CDC Pools in December 2017 for a large ($35K) overhaul of an old diving pool that still had a whip system to clean the bottom, badly cracked cool decking, and a cracked concrete slab. Since the cost of this job was going to be larger than our first home purchase in 1977 (gulp), we wanted to make sure that we hired a skilled, qualified company, that knew materials, could provide helpful design suggestions, and one we could count on the fully complete the job to our satisfaction. After obtaining competitive bids, we decided to go with CDC. Cassie Selles, who contracted the job for CDC, was nothing short of amazing. She knows her company, knows pool remodeling ins and outs, and was able to give us advice on materials. (Artistic pavers vs Travertine, minipebble vs plaster, pool color etc.) Our job began on January 11th and was to be completed by February 28. Due to adept scheduling and crews, our job was complete on February 3rd! (Cassie came out this morning and we added additional paver work to the front of our house!) Here’s our information that will help you as you consider CDC Pools: 1. Bid and pricing: Not the cheapest bid, but competitive, and we felt well worth the expertise and security we would have knowing that company is a long time valley company that would stand behind their work. If you are remodeling, confidence in the company’s expertise is important so that you can address any issue that comes up with an old pool. We had no additional costs because of the careful bidding from CDC. 2. Scheduling and crews: Because of the stable crews, we were extremely pleased with the progress of our project. We watched the paver and chip out crews work very long days and with care for our property. It was always left clean and we had no complaints from neighbors around us. We knew when crews were coming, asked them to use only a designated gate for entrance and exit, and they were respectful of our requests. 3. Job supervision and management: Our supervisor Sergio, Cassie, job foremen, and the CDC office staff were available to answer questions and communicate when we needed them to. Justin, the job foreman for the paver crew, made time to meet with us personally to answer questions about the Artistic Paver material and to address specific drainage issues. As with any job, as property owners, it’s important to make sure you ask questions and understand what is being done and how things are going. CDC was always available to us. We hope this helps you as you consider your pool remodel. It’s a big job, you want it done right and you want a company that will stand behind their work long term. Sam and his crew deep washed our Saltillo tile floors, sealed tiles as needed and put two coats of sealer on the tile. They moved all furniture and replaced when the job was completed. They were polite, professional, and careful of our home and furniture. They do excellent work, and we will use them again.</p>"
