"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

In addition, we asked Tom if he knew anyone who could fix a bedroom door that would not close, and he said he could fix it himself. He took the door of its hinges, shaved off the top, and remounted it. He did not charge us anything for that, even when we offered to pay."

"Darryl responded to my call immediatly. I had a septic system failure due to fried electrical system to the pump. Darryl came out on Saturday in a very timely manner. He came back out on a daily basis until the pump and electrical system was replaced. I cannot say enough good about him. He is caring, honest, knowledgable, and reliable. "The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."
