"Travis and Chris were a delightful team, arriving on time, staying with the job, and completing work as promised.  Even though I was at work during most of the job, Travis communicated routinely on email regarding status of the job. Also, Travis and Chris were careful not to recoat the deck during two days when rain threatened, and it did rain. I was surprised on how much sanding and prep work was accomplished before they applied the stain, but every home handyman knows 60-80 percent of the time associated with any repair or maintenance is in the preparation.  Three coats of stain were applied and work was completed on a Saturday, as Travis wanted to take advantage of good weather before the threat of rain came back into the forecast.  In addition deck re-coating, Travis repaired several spots on the underneath patio at minimal cost.  The price of the job was extremely fair - 50% paid before the work started and the balance after completion.  We would not hesitate to call on Graham Restoration for future work.

"My wife and I recently had Falcone construction complete a bedroom addition on our newly purchased home in Virginia. When I met with potential contractors I found on Angi, they all had similar estimates but I finally decided on hiring Rocco Falcone based on his knowledge and honesty of what we wanted and what would be possible. He also worked with us on bringing the estimate down a little ,since I was willing to help with the flooring and painting . From the start, Rocco was very professional, providing a contract with supplies, blueprints and payments staged at various points of completion. After a few months my wife and I were getting a little impatient but Rocco was insistent on doing a thorough and quality job. He was responsive and friendly , answering my many questions about the contruction details along the way. "Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."
