"My husband and I got in touch with Gus and Chris from Infinity Home Improvements to help retile our kitchen backsplash and also extend it to some other parts of the kitchen. The overall experience was wonderful! Gus was extremely communicative and polite during the process and kept us up to date while he was working. "Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"The incident occurred on a Wednesday and by the following Wednesday--through the weekend--everything was completely restored. We had guests arriving Thursday night, and they could not tell that anything had happened in that room (except maybe for the light smell of fresh paint). Regarding the details of the remediation: The carpet, padding and wood slats that secure the carpeting were exposed and hot air was pumped into the effected areas to dry them. The carpeting is on the high-end, and we were glad it did not need to be replaced. An industrial humidifier was installed. The carpeting was stretched back, re-secured and cleaned. The wallboard was removed, along with the molding, then replaced, spackled and repainted. We knew restoration to a "like brand new" condition was unrealistic, and Atlantic Cleaners had informed us of this. But we are very happy with the "close enough" results.
