"I would highly recommend Harvey and his crew. They are professional, courteous, and punctual. I originally called for the leaks in my bathroom. This revealed the problems with the upstairs bathroom. Harvey gave me options. I chose to have the plumbing replaced and his crew did it magnificently. He installed a new sink, new plumbing for upstairs shower/faucet/drain, tiling, drywall. In my master bathroom, new plumbing, drywall, bathroom exhaust fan and painting. Additionally, I knew I had roof issues but Harvey showed me the extent to which the roof was in disrepair. I did not know I had shingles missing and that there was so much shoddy patchwork done by the previous owner. As a first time homeowner who will live in my house for at least 20 more years, I chose to redo my entire roof (it was last done in 1994). My roof looks amazing now with no exposed wood or damage. The roofing was done in one day. Amazing. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harvey and his team. I will definitely use them again if I have any more house repairs."

"The copper piping to the icemaker blew out over the washing machine. We needed' to have it repaired quickly. They called me 5 minutes after I submitted the request and were at my house in less than an hour. He checked it out and gave me a very reasonable price. "I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend"
