"We hired Dave for a water heater replacement in our condo. His price was competitive and he showed up on time. The water heater replacement went fine but the next morning there was no water in the unit. The apartment complex stated that the plumber must have left the door open to the water valve closet for the building which resulted in a pipe bursting (cold weather) for my unit. I called Dave and explained the situation. He immediately came back that morning and took responsibility for fixing the burst pipe at no charge to me. He didnt have to do this and there was no way to prove that burst pipe was due to his crew's leaving the door open, but Dave was professional and a man of his word and fixed the issue for me. Because of this I will hire Dave again and highly recommend him to others that are looking for a honest professional plumber."

"I recommend harvey as we called him at 10 pm for a busted water pipe in my moms house he answer my call and stated dont worry im on my way he then turn off the main water valve told my mom dont worry you be ok he found the broken pipe went to his van got materials needed and fix the problem my mom was back up and running he then clean up the water on the floor dried up the area turn on the water and told my mom all set. "I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend"

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"
