"Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects."

"Harvey and his team did a wonderful bathroom renovation. It was a complete gut and overhaul of my bathroom. The team did tiling, flooring, new tub, new toilet, new sink, new plumbing and it looks amazing. "Rockefeller General Contracting was the best decision ever. He and his crew are fantastic and do excellent work. He is the third contractor I hired and by far the best. I only wish I met him first the other two contractors were expensive and did ok work. Dennis does the best quality work and is very organized and runs a great team. He is building me a new garage, deck, siding, and kitchen. He turned my old two car garage into a mudroom/laundry room, a full bathroom, closet and game room. His price was awesome for all the work they are doing. I highly recommend Rockefeller Contracting. He goes above and beyond for you. If I ever do any more renovations he will be the only one I hire. The workmanship is terrific and they fixed all the problems my house had from the previous owner. They are just phenominal."
