The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. "We had our change over from tub to walk-in shower installation and we're very pleased with it . We would like to praise the 2 men that did the installation, Aldama and Andre. They arrived on time, covered floors and carpets and began work. They took no breaks and worked continually until finished. They answered my questions and kept us informed of what they were doing, and made suggestions about placement of the seat, shelves and non-movable door which we had not thought about. They were upset when they found that 2 gaskets for doors were not included in door kit so they could not finish the job 100% and told me they will make sure the gaskets were put in ASAP. When finished they cleaned ALL debris and left EVERYTHING spotless. If I ever have another project done it will be PIC Home Pros."
