When the old light was removed, the electrician discovered that the wires to the old light just came out of the wall and were not routed through a junction box, although the mirror had been cut to accept a junction box. He installed a junction box in the wall and the mirror cracked. How they react when this go wrong is how honest and reputable companies distinguish themselves.
