"Everything went well except that when the electrician installed a junction box (strangely, there wasn't one before), a large crack developed in the mirror. He stopped work immediately, called the issue to my attention and reported the problem to his boss. Streamline Electric called me promptly with assurances that they would have the mirror replaced.
