"Kurt did a great job and was very efficient. He was able to repair all rot, and at a fraction of the cost of several other estimates. He repaired several window frames and replaced some of the baseboards. I was worried about having to replace siding, but only one small piece had to be replaced. Kurt is a great contractor and is very reliable and honest. We are planning to hire him to do more work on the back of our house."

"We reached out to Matt and Gove Restoration to get a quote for replacing the roof of our historic home in Old Wethersfield. As many local residents know, homes located in the historic district are subject to specific guidelines when altering the outside appearance of their homes. Thankfully, Gove Restoration was well versed in the requirements and quickly provided us with a sampling of previously approved architectural shingles as well as ensured all required approvals were secured prior to the start of the job. Through out the process, we found Matt to be extremely professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to do home repairs or restoration work."

"Timber did a great job on our house. We had the initial obstacle of the first contractor we hired being unable to complete the job. This is how we came across Timber. He picked up where the other company left off, repairing unsatisfactory work done by the first contractor. His workmanship showed when he had to come up with some creative solutions using the materials available to him. He was a great communicator and completed the job to our satisfaction, within the timeframe we agreed upon, and for a very fair price."
