"Great service. We were very informed at every step"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I'm very satisfied with the service. Alex repaired my dryer professionally. He arrived on time, explained the problem clearly and fixed everything efficiently. The price was fair and the machine works perfectly now. I really appreciate the honesty and quality of the work. Highly recommend this appliance repair master to anyone who needs reliable service!"
