"I canâ t say enough of how pleased we are with the end result. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Jim (owner) was very professional and flexible to work around our schedule to complete the repair. We had 3 other estimates and Top Notch was the easy choice. "It went wonderfully, I got several quotes from companies I found on Angies List and found Superior Deck and Fence to be the most affordable. At first I was concerned that their website didn't have many pictures of decks that they had done whether wooden or composite so I spoke with Rob and he texted me pictures of some of the places they had done in Ocean City, MD and I felt reassured that while affordable, the quality of work was great. Their schedule was reasonable so they were able to start the work within two weeks of my signing of the contract so that was also a plus. The work was done by Rob and another worker so it took 6 days, but I cared about them doing a good job so I didn't have a problem with it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. The pictures show the L-shaped railing, and the landing with steps, and the completed fence in the background."
